This website, cloud-tech.one (the “Website”), is operated by Chainpoint, Corp. (“Chainpoint”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama and registered with the Public Registry of Panama under Mercantile Folio No. 155788022. CloudTech is a trade name of Chainpoint, Corp.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. The Website and the platform
The Website provides information about the CloudTech white-label payment platform (the “Platform”). The content of the Website is for general information only: it does not constitute a binding offer, financial or legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome. Figures, timelines, and feature descriptions on the Website are indicative and may change.
Access to and use of the Platform itself is provided exclusively under a separate written agreement between Chainpoint and the client. Nothing on the Website creates such an agreement, and no client or merchant relationship arises from the use of the Website alone.
3. Eligibility
The Website is intended for businesses and business representatives. By using it you confirm that you are of legal age and, where you act on behalf of a company, that you are authorised to do so.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including text, design, graphics, logos, the CloudTech name and mark, and the underlying code — is the property of Chainpoint, Corp. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Website for your own informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by mandatory law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Website or the infrastructure on which it runs;
